Mediacom & Missouri Valley Football Conference?Expand TV Coverage for 2012 Season

7-game Series Brings LIVE Games to?Fans of Northern Iowa & Top MVFC Teams

Live Action on MC22 ? Sept. 22 ? Nov. 3

?Mediacom Communications today announced an expanded partnership with the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) to bring seven conference match-ups to live television audiences throughout Iowa and surrounding states.

Beginning September 22, Mediacom will produce the MVFC ?Game of the Week? series to be televised on MC22.? The series will feature six different teams during regular season, conference play.? The schedule includes the University of Northern Iowa Panthers hosting South Dakota State University in Cedar Falls on October 20 and a UNI road game at Western Illinois University on November 3.

?We?re pleased with this Mediacom partnership that will provide increased visibility for teams in our football conference,? said Mike Kern, Associate Commissioner for Missouri Valley Conference. ?Football fans and alumni will appreciate the live coverage of quality match-ups that can be viewed across wide areas in and around the communities that are home to Missouri Valley Conference universities.?

MC22 is a basic cable channel is available to Mediacom subscribers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, South Dakota and Minnesota.? In most cases, the MVFC coverage will be exclusive to MC22. Television schedules for MC22 can be found online at?www.MC22.net.
