Our client, a global financial services company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with the ability to utilize their generalist HR abilities to truly partner with the business in this Adelaide based company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a trusted and well-respected global financial services company located in the CBD. This role, with a culture of engaged loyal employees and clients, will provide a challenge adapting global HR strategies to fit local requirements

Within this strategic and consultative role, you will provide true business partnering support to the executive team, as well as enable HR operations to support the business across the South Australian Region.

Facets of the role include:

? Sit on the executive team and partner with the company
? The ability to quickly build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
? Strategic planning / business partnering
? L&D / talent management / retention
? Adapting global HR initiatives ?/ promoting best practice
?
If you have excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground. With your strong organizational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.?

To succeed in this environment, the successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. Previous financial services experience in a business partnering role and the ability to built trust, strong value based relationships with managers/partners will be critical to your success.? Demonstrated ability promoting HR best practice, and a proactive and autonomous approach, will put you in good steed as will your ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
